Why You Should Learn to Code

Computers are in everything that we use these days. Most things that we do and almost every job in existence uses some kind of computer. Now, imagine how much money you could make if you could have some control over this industry. You would make millions overnight! That’s why I feel to learn to code would give you a huge leg up, no matter what industry you’re in. Not to mention, computers are spawning whole new industries. For example, cryptocurrency wasn’t even a thought in anybody’s head before the invention of the computer. But now, it’s the new big thing.

If you found my little rant boring, here’s the TL;DR version in the form of an infographic:

An infographic covering the stats of students and why they should learn to code

If anyone’s wondering, I found this infographic at The Coding Camp.

I feel like this infographic sums up in a nutshell why people should learn to code, and especially, students. The more students we can get to learn about computer science, the more opportunities there will be for everyone in society.
